How we protect your data and maintain the trust of our customers and stakeholders.
At Locate2u, security, trust, and transparency are core to how we operate. We are committed to protecting customer data and maintaining strong security practices. As part of this commitment, we are actively working toward SOC 2 compliance to further demonstrate our accountability to customers and stakeholders.
Locate2u is working toward alignment with the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, which focus on Security, Availability, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, and Privacy. These criteria guide the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of our security controls.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect systems and data from unauthorized access. These safeguards include access controls, system monitoring, logging, and incident response processes.
We take steps to ensure our systems are available and reliable for customers. This includes system monitoring, backup and recovery processes, and business continuity planning.
Customer and confidential data are protected through secure handling practices, access restrictions, and encryption where appropriate. We are committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer information.
We proactively identify and assess security risks through formal risk management processes. Our controls and procedures are designed to support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements, including those relevant to SOC 2.
We believe transparency is essential to building trust. Our security policies, procedures, and controls are documented, reviewed, and updated as needed. We hold ourselves accountable for continuously strengthening our security posture.
Security is an ongoing effort. We regularly evaluate our security controls, incorporate feedback, and improve our practices to address evolving threats and industry best practices.
Locate2u's efforts to align with SOC 2 are ongoing. References to SOC 2 alignment or readiness do not represent certification or attestation. A SOC 2 report can only be issued by an independent licensed CPA firm following a formal audit.
