EOFY 2024 Special Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

1.1 The End of Financial Year (EOFY) Special (“Promotion”) begins on 10th June 2024 and ends on 30th June 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

1.2 This offer is valid for 72 hours only from the time of redemption.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Promotion is open to new customers of Locate2u worldwide.

2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old.

2.3 The Promotion is limited to the first 50 eligible customers.

2.4 Locate2u employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

3. Promotion Details

3.1 The Promotion offers a 97% discount on the regular price of $825/month, discounted to $21/month, for up to 15 user licenses of the Premium version of Locate2u as described here. 

3.2 Customers must pay an annual fee of $252 upfront to qualify for the offer. 

3.3 Post the first year, the following year’s price will return to normal pricing. 

3.4 Additional users above 15 can be added at a rate of $55 per month per user.

 3.5 This offer is not valid for physical GPS tracking units, which incur a cost of $10 per month per device. 

3.6 The offer is valid only for purchases made within the Promotion Period.

 3.7 The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.

4. Redemption

4.1 To redeem the offer, customers must complete the form on the Locate2u website. 

4.2 The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. 

4.3 Each customer can redeem the offer only once.

5. Changes and Cancellations

5.1 Locate2u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

 5.2 In the event of any disputes, Locate2u’s decision will be final and binding.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Locate2u will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the offer. 

6.2 Locate2u will not be responsible for any technical issues or delays that may affect the Promotion.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. 

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

8. Additional Exclusions

8.1 This offer is not valid for current prospects who are already in discussions or have been quoted.
