August 2026 Product Update

August was about making the new driver app do everything the old one could, and then some. Drivers now work in runs, see their breaks, and get warned before they leave the depot with something missing. Behind the scenes, we made your scheduled runs, your SMS tools and your imports more dependable at volume.

For your drivers

Runs are now on the new driver app

Drivers on the new app can now work in runs, exactly as they did on the old one. Stops they pick up by scanning land straight in the run they are working, and completed drops disappear from the list the moment they are done. Nothing to re-learn, nothing left behind.

Breaks show up in the app

Driver breaks now appear in the new app alongside their stops, so a driver can see when their break is coming rather than guessing or asking.

Know before you leave the depot

When a driver starts a trip, the app now warns them if any items on their run have not been loaded onto the vehicle. The same check runs whenever a stop status changes. The result is fewer trips back to the depot for something that was never on the van.

Stay signed in

Drivers on iPhone were being asked to sign in again most mornings. That is gone. Sign in once and the app stays signed in.

The app updates itself

The new driver app now picks up updates quietly in the background, whether it is open or not. No more asking drivers to visit the app store, and no more fleets running three different versions.

The map shows where the driver actually is

A marker for the driver's own location is now on the map, so orientation is instant. Completed drops leave the list straight away, and the day's summary count matches what the office sees.

Every item at the address, in one scan

When a driver scans a parcel, the app now lists every other item going to the same address, so they load and deliver the lot in one go rather than discovering the second box at the door.

Trip end questions ask themselves

If you have Auto Complete Trip turned on, the end of trip questions now prompt automatically when the trip finishes. Drivers stop forgetting them and your data stops having gaps.

Find logout without hunting for it

The profile screen has been tidied up, with logout reachable without scrolling.

The camera comes back after a phone call

On Android, if a call interrupts a scan, the camera now recovers on its own. No restarting the app mid-delivery.

In the office

Rename a run without recreating it

Run names are now editable straight from the Edit Run screen in the Team Portal.

Fold loose stops into a new run in one step

When you create a trip and the system spots an existing trip for that driver and day, you can now choose to sweep any loose stops into the new run at the same time. One action instead of a tidy-up afterwards.

Filter by "No Region" in Process Charges

The Trips and Runs region filter in Process Charges now includes a No Region option, so unassigned work is easy to find and bill.

Bulk SMS works for the biggest teams

The Select Stops step in Send Bulk SMS now loads for high volume teams, so a busy operation can message a whole day's stops in one go.

Scheduled runs turn up every day

Overnight trip creation for run schedules is now dependable, including for drivers who have more than one run schedule on the same day. Each schedule's stops appear under the right run, every morning, without anyone checking.

Assigning shipments quickly does not double up

Dispatchers assigning several shipments to a driver in quick succession now get one trip for the day, not several.

Rate zones that are drawn right

The App Portal now stops a rate zone being saved if its boundary crosses itself, so a zone that looks fine on screen behaves correctly in pricing.

Re-attempt stops show the right phone type

When a stop is re-attempted, the contact's phone number type now carries across correctly in the driver app.

Reports and exports that finish

Travel Statistics for drivers with multiple trips

The Travel Statistics report now runs cleanly for drivers who have more than one trip in a day.

Trip exports that complete

Trip exports with long or repeated sheet names now finish, every time.

Faster invoice deletes

Deleting a customer or team member invoice is now quick, even on accounts with a long billing history.

Connected systems

Your Xero connection stays connected

The Xero integration now keeps its connection alive reliably, so invoices keep flowing without anyone needing to re-authorize.

Imports that do not bounce

Creating stops through the API no longer rejects a valid address during a brief mapping slowdown. Your imports go through first time.

Assign a team member per stop on orders import

Orders imports can now set a specific team member on the pickup and the drop separately, so a job that needs two drivers is set up in one pass.

Warehouse events reach your systems

When your warehouse team scans items as received, the item status change now fires to your connected systems, so downstream processes kick off straight away.

Item updates from the new driver app reach your customers

Item status notifications now send correctly from the new driver app, matching what customers already receive from the old one.

Faster across the board

Several of the busiest screens got quicker in August, including Process Charges search, stop lists and reporting sync. You will feel it most on your heaviest days.
