Human review on every piece

Every draft is reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by Georgia Katos, our Content Writer, before publication. No AI output is published without a named human editor signing off. The byline on every post is the person who is accountable for what it says.

What we never do

We do not fabricate statistics, dollar figures, percentages, customer quotes, or case study numbers. Every quantified claim links to a real, citable source. We never invent customer experiences or put words in real operators' mouths. If we cannot source a number, we do not publish the number.

How we handle competitors

Competitor comparisons are factual and respectful. We don't trash competitors. We don't link to them. We compare on verifiable features and pricing that any reader can confirm independently from the competitor's own published material.

Corrections

Spotted an error? Email [email protected]. We correct quickly and visibly. Substantive corrections are noted in the post; the dateModified field on the post is bumped only when the body or recommendations have substantively changed — never to artificially refresh ranking signals.

What we use AI for

Drafting, structure, summarisation, and research. Not for fact generation. Not for impersonating named experts. Not for fabricating reviews. AI assists the writer; it does not replace the editor.
