Logistics giant UPS has partnered with Ninja Van Malaysia to make selected UPS products available through Ninja Van’s retail services.

Now, customers in Malaysia can access UPS’s Worldwide Express and Express Saver services at any of Ninja Van Malaysia’s 52 stores in Klang Valley. They can also use the UPS drop-off locator on ups.com to find the nearest Ninja Van location.

Who is Ninja Van Malaysia?

Ninja Van Malaysia was launched in 2015. It’s all about making deliveries fast and hassle-free for both businesses and shoppers. With full coverage across the country, Ninja Van is backed by big names like GeoPost, Alibaba Group, and B Capital Group.

The company also operates in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand.

For e-commerce sellers, Ninja Van Malaysia offers a range of solutions to boost sales, from digital tools to full-funnel marketing. The company’s e-commerce express network is also paving the way for new delivery services, like business-to-business restocking and cold chain logistics.

Resilient, future-focused supply chain

Ingrid Sidiadinoto, senior managing director of UPS Malaysia highlights that the company’s research finds that the more countries a small business exports to, the faster their revenue grows.

“So reaching new customers overseas is a big opportunity. But at a time when the complexities of global trade can seem increasingly unpredictable, businesses need a reliable partner that can help them set up a resilient, future-focused supply chain first,” says Sidiadinoto.

Ninja Van Malaysia’s parcel delivery mission sees it set up over 5,500 pick-up and drop-off points across the country.

Customers can send, collect, and return parcels, and buy prepaid Ninja Packs at these locations. With the addition of UPS services, they can now handle both domestic and international shipments in one place.

How does it work?

UPS Worldwide Express and Express Saver will provide fast and reliable delivery for customers with full tracking.

UPS Worldwide Express: Get guaranteed delivery as early as 10:00 AM the next business day within Asia Pacific, and in as little as two business days for the rest of the world.

UPS Express Saver: Receive guaranteed delivery by the end of the day for shipments within Asia Pacific, and enjoy delivery within a set timeframe for international shipments.
