Bleckmann, a logistics expert for fashion and lifestyle brands, has unveiled two new sites in the UK. This expansion increases their operational space to over 2.8 million square feet (about 262,000 square meters). It’s been attributed to new clients and expansion of services.

The company will take over Superdry’s logistics operations at Burton on Trent on July 1, 2024. The warehouse is 542,000 square feet, and about 240 employees will join Bleckmann with this transition.

Efficient logistics 

Bleckmann offers a range of solutions, including freight forwarding, warehousing, e-commerce, and retail store delivery. 

In May 2024, Bleckmann added a new distribution center in Corby. This site provides 588,000 square feet of operational space. 

Located in central England, offering connectivity to the national transport network for efficient logistics. The building has a clear height of 194 feet (18 meters) and is BREEAM Excellent certified. Bleckmann expects to employ around 250 people at this location.

UK’s exciting e-commerce market
